Before you start to fish can you please make sure you have a valid and up to date fishing licence.
Neither the fisheries nor any of it's servant's shall be held responsible for any loss or damage to, or theft of property however caused. Ticket holders shall not be entitled to make claim's against the fishery or any of it's servant's in respect of any such damage, loss, theft or injury.
ANYONE IN POSSESSION OF A SACK ON THE FISHERIES PREMISES WILL BE REMOVED AND FORFEIT ANY REMAINING FEE.
On your arrival, if you have not previously booked a swim, check the ‘Booking-in-diary’ to see which swims are available before fishing commences.
Once the Carp start to spawn the lake will be closed for a period of three weeks.
1st March – 31st October - 3 rod's can be used when there are only three anglers on the water, but when the fourth angler arrive's everyone must go down to 2 rod's.
1st November – End of February - 3 Rod's all the time.
No one to arrive or depart between the hours of 10pm – 6am.
BARBLESS hooks are prohibited (Micro-barbs preferred).
ONLY current Syndicate members are permitted on the premises along with wives, husbands (NO CHILDREN).
The use of PEANUTS is prohibited.
A maximum of 15 lb main line to be used (Braid is prohibited).
ALL FISH (under 12 lbs) are to be transferred to the Day ticket water.
ANY MEMBER IN BREACH OF THESE RULES WILL EITHER BE GIVEN A SUSPENSION OR BE REMOVED FROM THE SYNDICATE.

2 RODS ONLY.
Unhooking mats and landing nets to be assembled and used at all times.
No one to arrive or depart between the hours of 8pm – 6am.
Rods must only be situated in swim's provided and be attended at all times, (anglers to be no further than one swim from their rods).
All LITTER to be taken home.
BARBLESS hooks only.
No fixed leads to be used.
The use of PEANUTS is prohibited.
No trees to be cut or banks to be damaged.
